Meet the designer, Penny Decker, and enjoy a fabulous ‘hands-on’ workshop! Penny is known for her keen sense of color in creating beautiful, traditional, and highly creative floral designs and will demonstrate that in the workshop. Participants will bring home a unique creation that they have created themselves.
