Nature Journaling Culminating Exhibit

The Spring 2024 Nature Journaling session comes to a close with the showcase of artwork displayed on the Kapnick Hall Terrace on June 15, 9am – 2pm.

Students in this session have each created a final piece using watercolor pencils based on the prompt “what in nature inspires you?”. They have spent the last 8 weeks learning the basics on how to draw and paint, as well as some introductory botanical knowledge and how to actively observe the natural world that surrounds them.
