Liz has over 30 years of global, senior human resources experience in both the Oil and Gas and Software industries. She joined Naples Botanical Garden in 2024 as the Chief People Officer where she leads the organization’s people efforts. She oversees the full employee lifecycle including Talent Acquisition and Management, Employee Relations, Organization Effectiveness, and Learning and Development.
In her previous roles, she directed People Strategy development and implementation across multiple businesses and regions around the world and developed significant expertise in change management, organizational effectiveness, and business turnaround.
