Event Description
In these workshops, participants will learn to examine scenes and subjects for the best photographic angles. Topics covered will include: placing the subject in the frame, utilizing leading lines, getting better backgrounds, and telling the story.
- Dates: Tuesdays, February 2, 9, and 16
- Time/Place: 8 – 10:30 am, FGCU Kapnick Center room 124 at Naples Botanical Garden
- $35 Members / $40 Non-Members per class
Dr. Christine Cook is a photographer, Florida Master Naturalist, and educator. Her images have been garnering local and international attention with a permanent collection displayed at Literacy Volunteers of Collier County as well as an online photo display. Her personal vision is driven by an interest in capturing emotion and mood within various settings such as landscapes, close-ups, and street scenes. She also enjoys being artistically creative with photographic and post-processing techniques. As a Florida Master Naturalist, her knowledge of the natural environment enhances the photographic experience and the results.
