Event Description
Find joy, insight, and energy in this informal journaling group. No talent required! Come to one or more workshops. The journaling activities will spark your memories, startle your thinking, and brighten your day. We’ll meet in the classroom for a bit of discussion about journaling, then spend time writing, and finally reconvene to talk about our experiences and – on a voluntary basis — share our work. Sometimes we will write at tables and sometimes in our laps. Bring writing materials – a notebook with a hard cover or paper and a hard surface. Expect to surprise yourself!
- Thursdays, January 7, 14, and 21
- 10 am – 12 pm, Naples Botanical Garden FGCU Kapnick Center room 124
- $15 Members / $20 Non-Members per class
Jane Eberly lives in Naples, Florida, seven months of the year and on a lake in northern Wisconsin the other five. In both locales, she spends time kayaking, hiking, fishing, reading, and writing. Before Jane’s formal retirement from the classroom in 2007, she taught a variety of language arts classes for 33 years in both high schools and colleges. Jane has led journaling groups for several years.
