Fees:

Self-Guided $2.00 per student
Guided $4.00 per student ($2.00 admission plus $2.00 program fee)
One chaperone free for every 5 children
          Required chaperones:
          Grades PK-4: 1 adult per 5 students
          Grades 5-12: 1 adult per 10 students
Non-chaperone adult or additional chaperone: $7.00. Non-chaperone adults and additional chaperones must purchase tickets individually when the group checks in.
Payment in full is due the day of your field trip. Cash, school district checks, Visa, American Express and master Card are all accepted. Checks should be made out to Naples Botanical Gardens.

Details:

School Programs are offered 9am - noon, Monday to Friday, November 16, 2009 through May 21, 2010.
School groups include 10 or more children from home schools, public, private and faith-based PreK-12 schools.
School Programs include 10% at the Garden Shop.
No waiting in line for admission.
The garden is ADA accessible. When you make your reservation, indicate if your group includes individuals that require special accommodation.

Making your reservation:

We request that you reserve your program at least 2 weeks in advance, but for the best chance of having your desired date available, we reccommend that you book as early as possible.
To help us coordinate your program, be sure to choose the best 3 dates for your field trip when you make your reservation.
If you have more than 60 children, we can accommodate them on different days. Just fill out a seperate reservation form for each group.
If you must change or cancel your visit, please email us at least 2 weeks in advance.

Reservation response and confirmation:

You will be notified by phone or email as soon as your response is processed. If you do not hear from us within a week of sending your request, pleaseemail us.
Additional information will be emailed to you when your reservation is confirmed. Be sure to to review this material carefully andemail us with any questions.
